Our Story

Based out of the Four Points Salt Lake City Airport, The Glowbal Bite is a concept of TNB Hotels owner Jay Nijjer. Focusing on a diverse range of food from different cultures, The Glowbal name is carried into the sister location in Tucson, Arizona. Both Locations pride themselves on providing delicious food, an awesome bar atmosphere and incredible service to travelers and locals alike.

The Bite in SLC is geared more towered travelers on their way from the SLC International Airport. It is the prime place to wind down after a long day of business or travel. You do not have to be a guest at the Four Points to enjoy the Bite, as many hotels in the area do not provide the high quality food and bar experience we do.
